I think Deputy One looks like he should be voiced by Patrick Warburton.
Great stuff, Eddie!
LoL! I kept hearing Warburton’s voice in my head as I wrote and drew him!
What this needs is narration by John Bunnell. “Persuing a criminal on the road is dangerous enough.” There has been only one police chase in my neighborhood last year and it was so brief, it wasn’t worth one mention on the news. Besides…Red better buckle up.
Consider yourself deputized.
Does TopWebComics bring in that many new readers? I’ve been on the fence trying to figure out if it or other sites like it were worth it.
A trickle really. I’ll give it another few months to decide. Most of those sites seem to be overwhelmingly loaded with amateur comics with massive fan bases.
It doesn’t hurt to put an “incentive” up. (Usually a preview, development sketch, or some humorous bit of fun that enhances the reader’s webcomic-ing experience.)
Unfortunately, TopWebComics only shows art for the first 10 comics in the list.
Can’t very well leave her out in the middle of those corn fields though I suppose. Great action/comedy.
The angle of the truck in the first panel is excellent. I can’t quite identify the vehicle… Police Tahoe?
“SCREEEEEE” <= HAHAHA excellent!
I’m basing the truck on a reference photo of a Sheriff department’s Chevy Suburban that I found on the net.
what is she upset about? everyone wants to be in a real police chase!
Red’s day just get’s more and more interesting. I think she better strap herself in and enjoy the ride cause that hot rodder is going down….If it’s a car, they may be actively pursuing a U.F.O. (Unidentifiable Fast Object).
Now Red knows what a lottery ball feels like. She won’t feel like a million bucks when this is over.
