In honor of St. Patrick’s Day (or as we like to call it in the States: Amateur Hour), I am once again posting the little movie that was never made. Lucky was a project of the ill fated Legacy Animation Studios, a group of Disney animators and artists trying to keep a studio going here in Florida after Disney management declared hand-drawn dead and closed the doors.
Lucky is only a story reel (originally boarded by myself, Broose Johnson and John Hurst) and, at this point, will probably never be made, although my wife and I still have hopes of making it a children’s book one day.
